Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BARDO TECHNOLOGY LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

BARDO TECHNOLOGY LLC provides technology consulting, IT support, system optimization, web development, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all intellectual property rights in our services, website, and related materials remain the property of BARDO TECHNOLOGY LLC. Client-specific deliverables will be subject to the terms of individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for services will be specified in individual service agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by applicable law.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required to provide services or as required by law. This obligation survives termination of our business relationship.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BARDO TECHNOLOGY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BARDO TECHNOLOGY LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of individual service agreements. Upon termination, obligations regarding payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive as specified in those agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
